NEW CLIENTS/PETS, Please complete the following steps:
1. Before we make an appointment for you, we do require you to Create an Online Profile for your pet in our grooming software.
If any of your pets have had an appointment at Paws & Anchor before, please do not create another profile :)
2. For each pet in our salon, we require the following forms:
Bring to your appointment, email in advance to [email protected], or complete a copy at the salon 5-10 min prior to your appointment.
If downloading and emailing back, please when saving your signed document (note it must be signed and not a typed name), delete the word "Blank" and type your full name in the document title.
3. Complete the Appointment Request form below or call 732-775-7297 to schedule with us.
FYI, We will also require a verified rabies vaccine (tags are not accepted) for cats and dogs over 4 months old. Please upload the documentation in the appointment request form, email it to [email protected], or bring it to your appointment.
